    Just like the title states, I haven't been able to deposit cheques for the past few days. Pictures work and am allowed to enter amounts and to which account etc., but once you hit the DEPOSIT NOW button, it just loads and loads and eventually times out with a message saying Internet connection has been lost, which is inaccurate. Anybody experiencing this?

    Are you using the native BB10 app? That hasn't been updated since 2014. I'm surprised it still works.

    If you are using the Android app, make sure it is latest version. RDC is a vector for fraud and many banks have changed their processes, APIs and apps to make this feature safer (especially since usage of this feature overall has risen dramatically)

    Contact RBC tech support and make sure your Android device/version is still fully supported on their end....

    Got it.
    As mentioned above, make sure you have the latest version.
    Try uninstall-reinstall method.
    Try rebooting your Priv.
    Contact RBC tech support if all else fails.
