We are looking into it. As a workaround, restart your launcher and it should go away

Pretty much all borked for me for the last 2 updates. The icon size on all screens has been reduced, the scrolling side to side is jerky and uneven, the hub notification bell icon and text icon shows up on all desktop pages randomly, black bars on right side of screen at times. I have reset the launcher but nothing helps. Everything is actually worse for my device right now and it is unusable for me.

Oh--also I cannot even access the pull down menu anymore. I get my P9 notification/shortcut menu. The BB shortcut is totally gone. How can I revert back to my normal P9 launcher?

edit: I'm back to Huawei launcher--forgot about settings icon on the tray. This launcher needs a lot of improving for me I'm afraid.

Yes this happened with mine so I uinstalled it and installed version 1.017 with the blackberry Hub widget instead of there's and all is great and super smooth on my new Motion 8). Feels like I'm using a bb10 device. Love it

1. Added live wall paper support
2. The wall paper and the black border issues are gone
3. Intermediate lock up of the animation issues are fixed.
4. Hub Peeking experience improved

Yup! I'm using version 1.017 and there's no lag and the hub widget is perfect. I'm using a motion now so this launcher running on a phone with 4 gb ram it's a lot smoother. The only thing I wish is that there was icon pack use for this version and i'd be set but I can live with the ones provided. In the new updates (before the newest) @Zinqs LLC the screen was abnormally small at times and the task bar with search and camera would just disappear between pages. Also if you could give the user the option to use your hub or the hub widget to peek that would be great and then I would update to the most recent build but for now the best is version 17 in my opinion.

Try latest version, we fixed all the issues you mentioned

OK I will on another device to see how it works but are you @Zinqs LLC able to give the user the option to use either your hub or the hub widget? Also the peeking "percentage" in version 17 was perfect and super smooth so if it was set back to that percentage then that would be perfect
