    My Inbox will restart after I open a Hotmail email and try to scroll. I have the CDMA K1 stuck on Nougat and Inbox 2.2047.1.6777. I have cleared the cache and done a hard reset. I found some old threads where BlackBerry said to turn off battery optimization for BlackBerry Services, but it didn't work either. I only have this email account in my Hub. Clicking on other items like texts, calls, LinkedIn, etc in the Inbox opens the appropriate apps just fine. This problem started yesterday.
