You have a mismatch between beta and production for HUB and HUB+ Services.
I think that could be the case. However I left the beta program a very long time ago and according to the Beta Zone I'm not enrolled in any programs. Is there another place I need to deregister?

Better yet, register for all of the beta apps.
I would but I find the beta versions quite unstable which is why I left the program. It's a shame I can manually select versions from the Play Store.
I've been on the beta apps since the start, and have never had an issue.
You can always go to apkmirror and get prior versions of the various apps.
I think it goes without saying that YMMV when it comes to beta apps. Pretty frustrating as I plan to get the Key2 but wont be able to use Hub due to mind bogglingly poor beta program registration. I can't even get back in if I wanted to.

Thanks guys any advice is helpful. Running off apkmirror works for a bit until Google randomly decides to auto update creating a mismatch between hub and services.
I would turn off auto-updates regardless, but you shouldn't be having your issue. Then again, it does make you special. :)
Turning off auto updates is a lot less than ideal. For now I'm just going to use Boxer until the Blackberry guys can figure it out.
For what it's worth I can't actually find my way back into a Hub beta, or Hub services for that matter. Would be nice if I could manage this in my Play Store profile but it's really pretty ridiculous how barebones the Play store is. I miss OS10 :[
Which specific versions of Hub and BlackBerry Hub+ Services do you have?
They are uninstalled but the versions I see in my Play Store are 1.6.0.50592 for Services and 1.6.1.15022 for Hub
That indicates that you're still on the beta for Hub but not for BlackBerry Hub+ Services. Are you sure that you withdrew from the Hub beta?
Unless registration exists somewhere other than the Beta Zone yes I am sure
Our Beta Zone admin removed you from the Hub beta earlier today. You should be fine now once you uninstall the beta version of Hub.
