Copied the APKs to filearchivehaven so people don't have to fight with mega. In case anyone needs any of the files individually

I'm not so sure. There's a definite market for paid email apps on Android, if they are done well. AquaMail and Nine are two such apps, with plenty of downloads and good reviews. If the Hub also includes current calendar appointments, similar to BB10, that'll be an attractive feature. But I agree that the more integration of other app notifications the Hub can do, the better it'll be.
Yes, i will pay for a decent hub, but one time payment, as other email client offer, not a subscription

I will too. If they bundle their stuff up nicely. But I don't think they will do it, or if they do, it will be subscription. If it's cheap like 99c/m I still might. But I'd want blend + hub.

$1 per month can be considered lol, but it doesn't make sense for subscription. Isn't hub just an app which manage the notification ? There's nothing related to blackberry server (like bbm subscription)

I know I feel the same way.

But BlackBerry's marketing team is incredibly short sighted... and right now investors (locally here anyway) invest on average 2-3x as much if you are using subscription models for your products versus flat rates. And I suspect that alone is going to force them to use subscription models for any software products going forward... that said it's not a tactic I'm a fan of as a user

    The beauty of Android!

Time enjoy the spoils on my yearold Note 4 which already has similar specs to a Priv, minus a keyboard, plus a better Camera, better GPU, and Finger print scanner

This is a typical thing in Android e.g. when the Note5 arrived, some devs stripped its ROM, optimised it for Note 4 and boom, you got a Note5 with MicroSD and IR Blaster, hehe...

What a pain everytime a update comes. Despite how unethical this is I guess it happens all the time .
But 99.9% of people wanting BlackBerry Hub will buy Priv or do without.
Most people except the technically inclined will never spend the time to download outside of Play Store.
