    Can anyone care to explain or tell in steps on how to solve and restore the default ringtone for BBM Voice calls?

    I love to turn this feature back on so that I can receive BBM Voice calls with the default ringtone and can hear it afterwards.

    How can I set and put this up on my BlackBerry Android device via a file explorer?

    The file of the default ringtone for BBM Voice =

    bbm_incoming_call.wav

    Ahh, have to wait for someone else then to answer... lol. I think it's different on MM and my Priv isn't charged atm.

    Go to Settings>Apps>BBM>App Notifications>Tap on 'All notifications'>Tap on Sound.

    From there, it will allow you to assign whatever ringtone you wish. It might be the same on MM, but I'm not sure and I didn't want to give you the wrong info.

    On Marshmellow is slightly different through settings though but It didn't solve the issue for the BBM Voice within BBM app.
