So after much protest, I've decided to ride the wave and provide a simpler how-to, for those looking to play with some of the Priv apps. You'll be beta testing for BlackBerry, basically. So if you're interested, here we go...

NOTICE: YOUR ANDROID DEVICE MUST HAVE ROOT ACCESS!!

No, this method will not work otherwise. I WILL PROVIDE THE APKS I ORIGINALLY MODIFIED, BUT NOT ALL THE APPS FUNCTION PROPERLY. You have been warned! Hssssssssssss.......

First: your phone requires root access. No root, no fun. Bottom line.

Second: install Lucky Patcher. Please do not ask me for the Lucky Patcher apk. Google is your friend, and I don't want any mods to feel the wraith of my sword, if it's against CB forum rules. Been down that road, wasn't pretty.

Third: locate the Priv folder that @Mainelylinux or @Thurask provided. They contain the all the files you'll need, and I'll name each one, so you don't install the wrong ones. Knowing that most of you don't like to read, here's the link:

Priv Extracted APK folder link: https://mega.nz/#F!B1sjDShQ!D5Hx0MOwXkcGdIO3yLvusA

NO, LUCKY PATCHER IS NOT IN THIS FOLDER. I ALREADY SAID I DON'T WANT TO DRAW FIRST BLOOD. Hssssssss...

Save these files to a folder you've created called Priv Files: BlackBerry Hub_com.blackberry.hub_1.1.0.4753_V139
    BlackBerry Resources_com.blackberry.resources_1.5.0.178_V6
    BlackBerry Services_com.blackberry.infrastructure_1.1.0.29142 _V139
    Calendar_com.blackberry.calendar_1.1.0.4753_V139
    Contacts_com.blackberry.contacts_1.1.0.4753_V139
    Device Search_com.blackberry.universalsearch_1.0.1.2489_V 10
    Notes_com.blackberry.notes_1.1.0.4753_V139
    Tasks_com.blackberry.tasks_1.1.0.4753_V139

Start LP and at the bottom right, select Rebuild & Install

    Once there, select the sdcard0

Then follow the images until you reach Install as a System App. Select that, but cancel Reboot until you've completely installed each apk.

After reboot, you'll have to go through setup, but everything works without errors of force closes.

I'm still hoping BlackBerry decides to ultimately open up the BlackBerry Experience Suite to other Android devices for a reasonable price (hey, I'm a shareholder, I'd like to see some profit off their hard work), but if anyone is going to show people how to access these files, I'm glad it's done in a safe and responsible manner. <--- Boy, does that sound like something else...

    That seems very counter-intuitive...

Edit: With the exception of the Contacts app, perhaps.

No. Basically, you show those people who've been crying that "BlackBerry Is Dead", is actually alive and making better android **** than android. That's what I've been saying.

Way too much trouble. I'll stick with the stock Android on my Nexus 6P + readily (read: legally) available Google apps at the play store.

This also reminds me of the loading of BB10 leaks using Sachesi or autoloader and the Cobalt fuax-GPS.

How could this be theft if it was made to be easily available? If BlackBerry were to made this a paid subscription, then a different story. I'll gladly subscribe to it immediately.
