Has anyone gotten helium back up to work?

I thought that the new drivers from the autoloader post today would have helped but im still stuck at this page.

Its confirmed that it doesn't work. Helium apparently needs access to directories that aren't available for BB Android. In the Helium wiki it describes similar issues with Sony phones.

You have to download the updated ADB files from the Android SDK ( I just installed android studio and updated the SDK) and copy those ADB files into the helium install folder. After that my computer could see my priv and helium now works like a charm

It works As of December 25 2016, I can confirm the last post. On Windows 10, Helium Desktop and Helium Backup Chrome App. Needed this 3 files, Adb.exe, AdbWinApi.dll and AdbWinUsbApi.dll, they must be into these folders, "\Program Files (86)\ClockworkMod\Helium\win32" and "\Program Files (86)\ClockworkMod\Universal Adb Driver" . the files I used are from the latest Android SDK as of now, dated 11-30-2016. Here is a link for the 3 files: Windows Helium Files for PRIV .Now, It Is The Best Backup App for the PRIV, Pro version, of course.

Thanks, those files worked for the keyone too. I am now able to see on my desktop that it sees the device. However on the keyone it says it needs me to 'enable ptp'

I have gone into developer options and sure enough it is configured to use ptp. Is there something that can be done?

I have successfully got keyone to work with helium. I had the PTP error but resolved it with these steps.

Also anyone using the ADB files from carbon or the ones provided above (both should work as long as they are copied in both directories) be sure to reboot your pc.

Well, what worked for me was this:
    1. Head to the dev. options, and check USB Debugging.
    2. Revoke all authorizations. (Below the Debugging.)
    3. Open Helium on PC and on Android.
    4. Connect to PC.
    5. Set USB Connection to PTP Mode.
    6. Open an Adb Command Prompt. (Simple Adb stuff. Look it up if you don't know what this is!)
    7. Type in: "adb devices"
    8. Accept USB Debugging on phone.
    9. That's it. When you accept the debugging request, Helium will automaticly recognize the decice and authorize it.
