You are using Play Services Patcher on your PC?

What seems to be the issue?

Did you delete the old, unpatched app off your device first?

If so, are you on OS2876 (sw2836)?

Well there's your problem. The Android Runtime in 2876 is not capable of properly deleting Android apps, so you can't install the unpatched app. The solution is here:

Just sideload the two bar files. You don't have to reset the whole device.

Conite finally I was able to have time and patch Google app.. altho I had to download it off the net and then patch it.. my problem now is that I cannot get my blackberry to connect bluetooh with moto 360 I had it connected to my nexus 7 tablet but since did a factory reset since it was synced to the tablet. I've heard that before. That's as far as I ever got because I have no wearables.

Did you go in to Google Settings in order to properly delete the apps you had thought you had deleted before?

Where did you obtain the Netflix app from? Don't forget that v4 and up requires Kitkat, which BB10 does not have.
