Hi,
I am not sure what setting to tweak : for emails I receive from a specific contact emails still show in the hub even though they are filed.
I want to remove that feature as I have to many emails showing now.
I checked in the custom alerts, remove the person from favorite from contact; but nothing seemed to do the trick.
Any help is welcome

I would start with checking to ensure that that folder is not synced.

From hub main screen, go to hamburger menu> Settings> appropriate email account> email folder sync settings. From there you can verify which folders are being synced.

thanks boobaloo, I posted my question in folder blackberry hub+ suite to tryas it seemed more appropriate. as mentionned there I mentionned that some of the Hotmail folders are synced and some aren't. filing works great from all emails but the one from the person. who is a favorite contact as well as part of rule to override silent settings. if you have more insight could you please post in hub +suite thread?
