This app adjusts screen color and brightness according to time of day to minimize blue light exposure in evening (which in turn promotes better sleep). It's supposed to be available for Android but I don't see it in the Appstore or BB World. Anyone?

If you are talking about this:
    https://justgetflux.com/
From their website, they only show iOS for iPhone/iPad and then computer versions (Windows, MAC, Linux)

It's In Google play not bbworld.

I've just been changing my white balance all the way to warm when I get home at night. Pretty fast and it's system wide instead of just on android apps.

I recommend Twilight. It's a very good app. I may even purchase the pro version if I don't encounter anything else better.

Lollipop has a warm to cool screen colour temperature slider. It's in the display settings. Take a look.

Update: cf.lumen is the best if your kernel supports the driver. If not, then it is just an overlay.
