    Hey,

    Recently I started having a problem with an exchange email account on my Hub.
    Received and sent emails disappear after a few days. They are still on the server but they cannot be found on my phone.

    I use 2 other email accounts with the hub and I don't have that problem with them.

    Hub menu upper left; settings; select the account and check your email sync timeframe setting

    Yep..there it is. Changed the sync for email from "1 day" to "permanent" and all my emails are back
