    I have Box installed but when I want to log in it says: "Sorry, we can't access that page"

    What error message are you getting?

    Are you using WiFi or mobile data? How fast is your network?

    Having the same problem. Tried WiFi and no WiFi.

    Deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing works. I can login using the browser.

    Also, I can access the files through es file explorer no problem as it will let me add the account through there.

    I emailed Box with the problem but have not gotten the response as of yet.

    That's really a strange bug. I didn't use Box, but I created an account and installed the Box app on my Moto X Pure Edition. I was able to successfully log in. I have no idea why the Box app would not work the same on a different Android device.

    I hope this gets resolved quickly for all of you.

    Thanks for the suggestion to be use a file manager to access Box. I have a large storage allocation from the purchase of a BlackBerry Z10 and did not want to be dropped back to 5 GB by registering with the BlackBerry Priv.

    I've tried to reinstall the app from Google play however I'm now getting the message that my Priv is an incompatible device

    (I would attach a picture but it keeps making the crackberry app crash -_-)

    I had the same issue. Here is what did. Log into Box via the browser. Exit out and then open the app. Hopefully that helps.
