The update doesnt fix the attack random issue. This will be the case for everyone, we really dont need another 20 people reporting the same thing. Bottom line its not working as it used to, it may never be fixed. Get an android guys if you want this game to work properly..

OK, for my sanity and your let's realize that CoC was never supported on BlackBerry but it was working so we all knew the risk.

If you got an android or iOS device or even setup bluestacks from BlueStacks 2 - 130 Million Android Users and Counting you can sign in with your Google acct or create a new base and ask Super Cell to transfer your base to your new base by contacting support, untill there is a solution. A few games stopped working then a couple of updates later it was fine like the Simpson's game.

So everyone, please stay calm and let's see what happens.

Hopefully somehow well have a real solution.

It doesn't really matter. The update SuperCell made to the game affects all bb10 devices.

Whether it's patched or not is also irrelevant, as that only pertains to our ability to remove gplay dependences and get a G+ login. I simply dloaded the latest version (today's update) via playstore and found the attack feature is still broken for BB10.

Well I was kinda blindly hoping the attack crash was due to some error during patching, but if you're sure I guess it's time to switch devices

I read that it was Supercell shifting to requiring Android 4.4 now and BB10 android runtime is stuck at 4.3...likely never to get an update. I'm not optimistic.

If I'm going down the Cobalt route, will my existing game be safe? It says you have to uninstall Clash and then reinstall the patched version. Will I get to keep my village doing this?

If your existing game was signed in to Google account. It'd be safe

With enough hope, some people will believe in anything.

Seriously, its only going to get worse folks. Get a picture of your player screen with your ID while you can. If you dont get a google+ login to save your progress this screenshot could be your only hope at recovering your base when we are unable to even launch the game any more.

Probably the problem is no in the coc app bu in the compatibility between cobalt's gapps and Android runtime requirements... if you try to rebuilt the app while patching, with previous versions you were able to; with the new ones (after March update) this is no more possible... maybe in that detail stays our nightmare...

This is not the newest update. They updated the game yesterday, 3/24. As I said, mod or no mod the game behavior won't change. It's related to how Android behaves on BlackBerry10. Please don't post erroneous information.

Of course. But I installed Clash via Snap and have no Google account/Cobalt setup on my BB as of now. Then I guess I have go to Supercell support and have them transfer the game to my Google (hopefully).
