No.
Why not? It's possible.
Near history, it was done and shared video.
I don't defend android OS, I was come iPhone to BlackBerry OS and I don't use anytime android phone in my life.
Because I love BlackBerry OS and prestige.
Thx,

You mean the video of the internal prototype (the Oslo, and thus not a regular Passport) running Android. Even then, it's quite unlikely that Android will come to older devices.
As for what everyone else in this conversation is saying, it is impossible to wave a magic wand and turn this Qualcomm 8992 autoloader into a Qualcomm 8974 autoloader.
Glad to hear this, thx for advance answer.
I don't want use the android phone, never ever.
Im relaxed now ;)

Hurtful
If it would come, it would be nice cause that would mean endless updates with android M etc.
Now bb10 is just....dead, alive but no real updates..which is dead to me.

Everyone's Hsssssing and getting likes. Let me try and see if anyone likes this or not.

Hsss
It only works if you can Hsssss with an accent.
I'm going to tell my Passport it's an 8992 just like I tell my dog he's a wolf.
I'll report back on the results. On the Passport, that is, not my dog.

I'm actually more interested in results w/ your dog.
The fun begins. Does this work like autoloader for BB10 just run. Or needs reboot on recovery etc. Like Nexus Samsung and other Android. Not messing with at this moment but will love to get my hands dirty.

So, what are the odds we'll see autoloaders like this for carrier models? I'm just hoping for a way of bypassing the carrier approval of OS updates like many of us did with BB10, and I don't mind wiping my device to do so.
It would be more similar to other Android devices.
You have to be in fastboot to make it work.
I'm hoping so.
Will this work on my BlackBerry Storm???
