    I have installed the BlackBerry keyboard and gave all permissions that I get, but I still can't activate the "personalized suggestions".

    What should I do ?

    Where did you install it from, on what and with what OS version?

    To use all features of the BlackBerry Keyboard, you need BlackBerry Hub+ Services to be installed.

    I used BlackBerry manager from cobalt.
