I have used Balckberry Hub for a decide now and love it..

as in the title. I cannot type an email without the screen jumping down to under the email address and having line breaks or hard returns added...

cannot sort out why this is happening,

is the software just dead?

This isn't a Hub problem. There is most likely something wrong with your keyboard.

Hmm, only happens in hub emails though... Using Samsung Keyboard.. Any suggestions for a Keyboard other than Samsung?

Gboard and SwiftKey are two other good keyboards.

My mother-in-law's Samsung S22 is having the same problem. As she's typing an email in the Inbox app it will jump to the bottom of the email thread.

She's been using Inbox app for years, and it just started happening a month ago.

I had the same problem, and reported it to [email protected]. They recommended switching to the GBoard (Google Keyboard), which works fine -- no more jumping when replying to emails. Whew! It's also possible that a future update to the Samsung keyboard will fix the issue, or a future update to BB Hub+Inbox will.
