Since some weeks ths Hub suddenly reboot reading or writing emails, and this is really annoying.

On my Mate 10 Pro last update I was using it without problems for months, but in the last weeks this behavior started.

I'm using it for work and can't loose my time in rewriting 2-3 times the same email so I'll need to abandon it if no solution is available.

    Someone have the same problem?

    What version are you on:
    HUB?
    HUB+ Services?

    Have you checked for updates?

Might uninstall account and reinstall them...
Might uninstall HUB+ Suite and reinstall it....

    Hub: 1.6.1.15188
    Hub+: 1.6.1.51155

The automatic update is on so always updated

If no other suggestion is available I will try to reinstall them.

The situation was improved and now a mess again, keep crashing every 30 sec or so.

    Hub services 1.6.1.52563
    Hub+ 1.6.1.15188

Anyone does have an idea? Can't keep using in this way.

Huawai version of Android is pretty aggressive in closing background apps. Look into your battery related settings and remove the Hub and related apps from battery optimization.

Just to let know I followed your suggestion disabling the automated process management for the Hub and indeed stopped crashing. Many thanks for answering!

Good to know you were able to make it less annoying. For some reason Chinese brand Android phones are really into clamping down on background apps for battery. A future Android OS build should include the ability to send a notification for processes that get killed alot so the user can then remove it from battery optimization via the notification. Most people won't know to dig into settings otherwise.
