Most of the file managers include a function to hide folders and files.

I use the app piktures from the google play store. It's got a hide feature. To hide all your nudes ;)
Curve > Z10 > Z30 > Passport > Priv
They don't really hide. Just hidden from the media apps. All they do is create a nomedia folder.
Anyone can still see and open the files.
You really need to encrypt the files.

Fair enough, i don't got to hide anything though, nobody uses my phone, and even if my girlfriend does there is also nothing to hide either
