I just updated my Google Maps to the most recent version and now I constantly get an alert notification stating "An application requires installation of Google Play Services."

How can I make these alerts stop?

I've used ghost commander in the past successfully. It has an option to disable notifications by app. You can download it right from BlackBerry World or sideload the android apk. The BlackBerry World is an android port anyway. Just a bit old.

I'd hate to bump this but I am having this issue as well with google play music. Anyone know the solution? I looked up ghost commander as mentioned above and it's a file directory type application, not sure how that'd work.

I even tried turning off alerts from Google Play Music but it doesn't work.
