Hi all. Is there any other way of getting the updates. Laptop stolen. Once upon a time there was a link that allowed you to access them via your phone. If anyone can help I be very grateful.

Just to play catch-up... Your "phone" is just one of hundreds of apps you have on your "Mobile Device."
AND your mobile device is a very sophisticated computer, just smaller!
you have a browser and ANYTHING you're looking for , on these forums or anywhere else are as close as a Google away.

The problem, in this particular case is, that to use Cobalts files, they must be sideloaded with "Sachesi Tools" and you need a computer to do that.
But, as requested, open your browser on your Phone and here's the link:

I know about my device being a smaller computer, there use to be a mirror link. Just wondering if that facility was still available. Anyway thank you for your input.

My apps needs to be sideloaded with Sachesi tools? Definitely not. You simply click on the downloaded apk file. That's it.

Normally at my age (65) I could use the excuse "the memory goes first," but I'm not sure if I survived the 60's, so....
    Thanks for catching that.

Maybe it just slipped your mind just wanted to be sure that you aren't going thru that sideloading process everytime.

    Enjoy your BlackBerry!

    Hi,
If you can find earlier version of the Skype app.. It works fine on the Passport,, I know because I have three Passports and found that if you update to the latest version it will not work.. So I un-installed the updated version and reinstalled the earlier version and it works fine..

Hope This Helps.. Get an earlier version or the earlier version may still be in your download folder.. you will have to look for it.. It is version 1.1.164.7498 Description 6.15.0.1162 Do Not Update It when Google Playstore say's update available.. if you need the file.. let me know.. before you install the above Skype file. make sure you have un-install the updated version and restart your phone.. then install the Version I told you works.. My Passports are using OS 10.3.3.1435
