Truly my view is to make a step back and check what went well to move from the best device to a marginal community of users.
For me 1 the Bberry 7 software was a big failure with phones that needed to be restarted all the time. But on top of it the transition to the new devices was ugly.
The z10 the Q10 were simple not what the user requested. The classic should have been the first bb10 phone. With the trackpad. Remove the trackpad was if iphone adds a second menu button.. nonsense. We couls even have a classic + with a lightly wider size and longer screen like 2cm.and slim.
The the priv should have been the second one a Torch10 and the Z30. The passport been an addition to the others.
Instead of this we went to a complete mess up...
The past is the past. Only the future matters now and to make it a succes there is 3 keys.
1 size matters: Absolutly! The iphone6+ the edge+ and the succes of the Note are proofs of this trend.
    2 set three main devices:
The classic: develop a classic wider and with a longer screen like 2cm longer nobody will be afraid of
The Torch: change the name and ensure it is not too thick and put it under
    The passport
Maintaining the 3 devices and work on improve them every years
