    For some odd reason my data is cutting in and out all the time lately on my BB9790, and oddly enough on my friends BB9900 too. Both our BBM's and emails are not coming through most of the time unless we're connected to wifi. Both of our phones have full signal and the  icon is there too. It's all very weird !!!!

    Is anyone else having this issue too on Windmobile????

    I don't have BIS but I noticed that Wind has this issue on my Blackberry 10 device. When I am on Wifi, it works fine but on the carrier's network, it doesn't work all the time.

    I spoke to Wind's level II iT department and there's still no fix. I believe it's a Wind/Blackberry connection problem with Blackberry's server. 85% of the time it doesn't work. Only BBM's and emails are the problem. Web browser, Whatsapp, apps, etc.... all work. Signing into Blackberry iD sometimes fixs it for a short period of time.

    If you have this problem too. Please call Wind CS iT department. Hopefully they will look into it closer. Thanks

    Sounds like you have the BUG too. Please call Wind's CS. I'm sorry to hear it's a BB10 problem too. My Passport and my daughter's Q5 are working perfectly, plus my friends Z10.

    When did this problem start for you? I've had it for about 10 days approximately

    I usually register the host routing table on BlackBerry 7/7.1 with my bold 9900. In BB10: Settings > About > Network. Menu on screen, Register BlackBerry.

    Yes.... it happens everywhere. Its a BB id server connection error. Hopefully they upgrade it soon
