Isn't there an App that comes preloaded on new BB 10 devices? You don't anything at all on yours from Wind?

You need an nfc sim and a co-operating bank account or credit card. Cibc, scotia always worked for me, even tims without nfc sim worked but had to have a tims card with money on it and the tims app

TD uses UGo Wallet, available in BlackBerry World.

I've heard good things, but have also heard of security concerns due to their security agreement. Maybe have a look through that.

Personally, I don't think TD would risk it on a questionable app!

You have to specifically request (and probably pay) for one.
But yes, you need a special NFC enabled SIM!

Wind doesn't have a NFC sim card. That's because they are not a part of the consortium which brings BlackBerry, the big three and help big five banks together for mobile payments

It probably requires a big sum paid to the big top five banks that robellus can afford to swallow and not pass to their customers, which wind cannot afford and doesn't want to pass on to their customers.
