Hi I'm living close to canada but in U.S.

I like to get unlocked Q10 to use with my tmobile account however I don't want t mobile logo on the phone.

Does anyone know if I can just buy Q10 from wind by paying full amount but without any contract?

If I can do that I'll just drive to Canada through Detroit and will come back after purchasing it.

Wind does not have contracts so you are good.

I purchased my Z10 outright from WIND. I was already a WIND customer. Even though you buy it outright, it is locked to WIND, their rule is that they will unlock a phone after 6 month and I was told this was the rule even with a bought phone . After about 4 months I went into my account and attempted to order an unlock code and was able to get a code for $10.00. I posted on this forum and someone else who had a bought a phone outright a few months ago and was able to unlock it.

The thing to note is that both of us had accounts (phone numbers) with WIND. I am not sure how it would work without an account.

Wind puts a lot of markups on phones. Why don't you with some private sellers for Q10 version-5 which should work on T-Mobile.
