wifi at work

When at work, hooked up to company's wifi. They must filter it, for youtube and tune in radio wont work, even if I am certified still no help, really new at this. Is there anyway to get wifi? thanks

if your work filters/blocks certain items there is no way around it, well at least no way that wouldnt involve you potentially being sacked
