Wifi Issue

hello Every body

i have got a new BB curce 9300 locked from Mobinil Egypt, but i am facing a strange issue,

i am sure that if i have a wifi internet connection i can avoid using my provider mobile internet

the issue that if i have no credit at my card or my black berry service expire the wifi get light but with no internet access

is that make any sense for any body here

WiFi requires Service Books on a BlackBerry device. Some carriers do not push the WiFi Service Books unless you have a BlackBerry Data Plan.
