Unable to connecte to the WiFi internet

I would like to know why when I try to connect to internet via WiFi it says Unable to connect to the internet please try again
if the problem persist please contact your service provider.,,
I just have this problem,internet was working perfect last week.if you have some information about this issue please help !!!

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan? Can you connect over the carrier network?
