Question Regarding Wifi?

Ok, so here is my question:
I am fully aware that the storm 9530 does not support wifi,but say, if i was to buy a male micro-usb to a female usb and also buy a wifi usb dongle, would i be able to access wifi?
Is the Storm worth 100$?
If i get an unlocked Storm would i be able to use it on Tmobile?

+1 if you want a Storm with wifi just get the 9550. Storms were worth $100 about 6 months ago.
