Default How to keep Wifi Always On?

Hi everyone

I have a Torch 9800

We run a SIP PABX at work and log in over wifi using a client on our smartphones. The only problem I am having is that if my phone has been idle for a few minutes (screen switches off etc) the wifi switches off as well and I cannot receive calls

Is there any way that I can make the wifi stay on even though the phone goes into 'sleep mode' ?

Welcome to Crackberry.

Your WiFi shouldn't turn off on it's own, whether or not it's gone into sleep mode. Once you've turned on the WiFi receiver the "WiFi" logo should stay on your homescreen even if you've gone out of range of your hotspot at work (the logo will just turn gray instead of stay white). You might want to take the phone to your carrier's local store to have them look at it.
