Default how to have the browser pop up to accept terms?

my bold 9700 will login into the wi-fi but I cannot accept the terms because the browser does not pop up top prompt to access the terms of services.

It shows that I am in connected but no UMA going.

Anybody know how to make it so that when it connects to the wifi, it will pop up the browser to accept?

This is a good question.

Scenario: you are on the road and staying at a hotel offering free wifi. You search for the network on your BB, select it, and connect; but the wifi badge never goes white and you are not truly connected to BIS. Stumped, you decide to check with your laptop and discover it has a disclaimer screen that you simply have to click the I Agree button for, and away you go.

However, you never see such a screen on the BB. I think this is what the OP is asking and I'd like to know too.
