Failed to associate with the network error

I have a BlackBerry Bold 9650 that i am using for with wifi so that i can still use my bbm i was working fine until 2 days ago and hasnt been a ble to connect to the wifi that i am using i can connect to other hot spots but not the one in the building that i live in i am using a LINKSYS WRT120N router. I have had our adminstrator reset the router and the modem. I have also tried taking the the battery out of my Blackberry for an extended period of time, and I have also tried to manually connect to the network and i still get the same error. If it helps i am in currently deployed and i dont have service with verizon i was just using my wifi connection. I have OS 6 on my BlackBerry too! Using WEP encryption also.
