Cannot Send Tweets with Pics Attached over Wifi...:(

Hey Guys.

So as the header states, around the house i roam on Wifi and I'm a big twitter fiend since Facebook is pretty much imploding lol. Anyway. i take a pic via my Torch's cam cam and i wanna tweet it well, it tells me it's sending and sending and sending untill it errors out and ultimately doesn't send the tweet. I get off Wifi and like a gazelle the tweet is here one second, and on Paris Hiltons Torch the next.

And this problem only happens with Twitter for BlackBerry but on all of my BBs from the last few years ie. my 9700, 9780 and even my beloved giant Torch. First i thought it was a Bold software thing but once i upgraded...or to some of you...downgraded to the Torch, it's still happening.

Any suggestions or theories or anything as to why this only happens on the one program i use to upload pic with? lol.

Have you upgraded to the latest version of Twitter for BlackBerry? Did you try switching the picture service (Twitpic/YFrog)? You can also e-mail the picture to a private e-mail address for these picture services and it will post and be tweeted.

I can upload pictures just fine using Twitter for BB.

Same here, I'm a huge tweeter and post pics to Yfrog all the time to tweet about. I would try the latest version of twitter. You also didn't mention if it works while on network data and not wifi?

Well i'm using the latest Unofficial version of Twitter for BB 1.0.1.13. I think the last official version is 1.0.1.12. I tried using the new Official Beta 1.1.16 or whatever and it sucked so i went back to the fastest one IMO.

And i did not try to switch picture service. Good Point. Imma try that.

I do have the latest version cause it's th fastest version on my torch (minus the Official Beta).

And yes, it works just fine on regular 3G, it's just on Wifi it doesn't work. But FB works just fine on both. It's strange.
