 BIS via WiFi - Timeout Issues?
Hope this is the right forum!
I'm trying to use BIS service via WiFi behind a high latency satellite link (av 1000ms, peak 2200ms).
BIS seems to connect fine and function at first, with email/BBIM working, but then after a few minutes of inactivity becomes non-functional. Seems to somewhat come back after 10-15 minutes more.
Is this a known issue that anyone has encountered before? I've wracked my brain for settings to try changing to no avail.
