Smile Thinking about getting a pre in 2 weeks

so i used to be a i phone and i phone 3g user i switched because att too expensive for me.. Now i have the nextel blackberry curve not too happy with it but it's not a bad phone. i'm thinking of switching to the pre now seems like most have a problem with the keyboard and the battery life. i played with the keyboard it doesn't bother me too much neither does the battery life. Now i'm a college student i only use my bb for like e mail maybe sending some file attachments nothing spectacular so do you think it's a smart decision to switch to the pre or stay with the blackberry.. Crackberry users i would like your opinions weither it's good or bad thanks

If you only use it for email, and nextel works where you are, then keep the berry for sure

I've had the Pre since the Tuesday after it's release. I'm pretty happy. But coverage is king, and I consider that over everything else. I live in a pretty well populated area and the coverage is pretty equal, so making a choice based more on hardware was easy to do.

I had the Pre for a bit and I would never recommend the Pre to anyone who has been using a BB for a while. Inevitably, you will constantly notice features that are missing on the Pre.

Either way, dump nextel. The Tour is awesome.

Red face

Give the Pre a shot.

It's a nifty phone with the features that are forth coming. The potential for webOS is limitless.

Be wary of the build quality....and since you're coming from BB the keyboard may need some adaptation time.
