Skyscape 5mcc crashes my Palm pre

I am unable to load/transfer Skyscape's 5mcc 2010 to my palm pre. It keeps crashing my device. I did a hard reset on the motionapps emulator and deleted every palm program and just loaded skyscape installer and 5mcc 2010 and still did the same.
