funny how the OP pissed off the Pre fanboys. I always love it when fanboys of any type get pissed.

My Tour is good. Not great, but good. I dig it, but I can recognize its faults.

I got the Pre a couple weeks after they came out. I love it and haven't had any freezing, pixel problems or anything. I did take one back after about two months because I dropped it about 50 times and one of the buttons stuck, (they are tougher than the feel) they replaced it. The big issue I have and why I will be going to the 8350i is the reception on the Pre is not as strong as the other Sprint and nextel phones I have had in the same places in the past, such as my office and my home and Lake Ozarks and where I drive to our manufacturing facility. If I had better reception I would stay with the Pre. The web OS is awesome, new apps all the time and Palm has been very responsive and put out 4 upgrades already and of course everything is over the air. I have never owned a BB so I joined CB to do some research, thanks for the opinions.

I had the PalmCentro, probably the worst reception I ever had. Was so cute though, cute color themes, threaded sms, cute Calendar...loved all that stuff though and I miss it.

I had a Pre, returned it within a week...back to BlackBerry.

This is my BlackBerry...there are many like it, but this one is mine.

palm really doesn't care it seems. ive had 5 pre's in september and then cancelled within first 10 days and have had 2 in the past week.

THEY NEED TO FIX THEIR SCREEN/HARDWARE ISSUES!

all pre's have dead pixels i have finally come to realize. bye palm, i hate you.
