Default Is Palm coming out with a new phone?
Since HP bought Palm, I was wondering what the future plans were for Palm and specifically the Pre.

Are they working on something new?

The only thing I've heard is that webOS 2.0 is coming out.

I hope they do come out with a new phone. I've read alot of good things about the Pre Plus (except for the battery).

If they come out with an upgraded version of the Pre I will definately check that out.

I seen this a few weeks ago, rumored Palm Pre 2

Rumor: Palm Pre 2, Storm 3, plenty of Android coming to Verizon

Sure hope so, though from what I've webOS 2.0 seems to focus a bit more on tablets rather than a phone. Here's hoping to a Pre/Pixi continuation

I love Palm's WebOS software...

If you love webos now just wait till 2.0. If they improve on the hardware they might have an amazing phone on the way. I heard on precentral.net that the resolution is going to be 960x640 on the next pre.

The much improved Pre 2 is coming out late this year - same design/form factor, much better hardware & faster processor.

Several more devices (including tablets) are rumored for 2011.

Palm Pre 2 unlocked | HP® Official Store

It is not supported by any carrier, its unlocked, and only works on At&t's 3G frequencies and any other carrier that does the same frequencies.

Verizon is suppose to get it in the "Coming Months"
