Ok so I'm facing the dilemma of buying a Pre or not. I have a few questions about it, and I hope someone can answer for me. I love the feature on my blackberry when you're typing a message and it automatically jumps to the second message. (Basically you hit the 160 character mark and it continues to let you type on the same message.) I was wondering if the Pre has this. That was the one thing I hated about the Instinct so yeah. My other question is will I have to put down a deposit for Sprint? I've heard many stories online.

Now here is my dilemma. I currently have the 8900 through T-Mobile. The 8900 is the best BB that I have ever owned. It gets the job done but the service sucks. I know it has Wi-fi but I hate how I can't go on youtube at work and whatnot. Also T-Mobile is constantly losing my payments so I have been without a phone for three days now!!! If I were to go to Sprint, my bill would only be around $70 because I get a 10% discount through my job.(That's including insurance.) Also the Bold recieved a price drop, and I would get the 10% discount from my job there. It would run me an extra $10 so $80 versus my $100. Someone help please lol.

I just switched from T-Mobile to sprint the other day. I decided not to wait for the Pre and went with a 8330. I am a tradesman so it was pretty easy when it came down to it. No super construction case for the pre like the otterbox. Good luck with your decision.

The funny thing is that I already owned an 8330 lol. I was thinking I could just go and get that one turned on in my name, but I couldn't go back to using that phone after I used the 8900 for three months. I'm leaving to go to Sprint a little early and ask a few things. Well mainly to see how the phone is. I really want to test the phone out. Like I can't seem to find an answer about texting messaging limits so I'm going to see it for myself. I also have to find out if I can use my 10% at radio shack because the skip the rebate so they're selling the phone for $199.99.

Its probably going to be easier to pick one up from the shak than wait at sprint. I still want to go to sprint and play with one.

Yeah I'm headed there now. There was like 30 people waiting outside for it at Sprint. Jesus christ it was intense.

yes the phone will let you text (sms) as long of a message that you want then it breaks it down to as many messages as needed.
