 Vodafone PAYG BIS active but not working
My mate has a Torch 9800 his PAYG sim worked (BBM, Email, etc) but then he got a new sim same number and opted for the BIS services but now nothings working (BBM, Internet, Email etc) he rang Vodafone and they said everything is ok on their end ran through a few things with him but to no avail, does anyone have a solution to this problem? his sim card worked in my phone (including Internet).
