Yep, your monthly access would be $300. You should check to see if you get any discounts from your work...if you go to Verizon's home page under the business tab, employee discounts. Most of the time you get anywhere from 8-25% the primary's monthly access (which would bill at $110), plus some of them have additional percentages off features (that would be your bis plans).

Ok, so i would get an 8% discount, now with the bill being 300 + 30 tax,
how much would the 8% subtract from the entire bill?

Assuming no discounting, insurance or extras (VZnav, VVM....) you're at $180 + tax. Adding 3 more @ $40 each would be the extra $120.

It depends on where you are...I'm in the Chicago market and I'd say right around $350. Keep in mind the first bill is always higher because it will be pro-rated...there's no way to know what it will be until you're assigned a billing date. You'll also have activation fees totaling $135 unless they're running some kind of promotion where you are.

Its for the select plan...unlimited included....but now that I think of it, it may be cheaper to do a basic plan, with seperate text packages, but that would depend on the text habits of the people on the acct....in other words, no need to have a select plan for those who send a few texts here and there....if at least three of you are heavy texters than select may be the best way to go

You get 8% off of the primary line only which is $110 Then add $9.99 per line and the BIS service. Also check to see if there is a data discount....

Or PM me and I'll let you know if you get a discount on the data.

With the 8% discount you'd be at $291.15, with taxes about $335?

Whenever you sign up you're assigned a random billing date. On your first bill you have to get caught up with that date, and you always pay ahead for the next month whenever you pay your bill. So when you sign up if your billing date is 15 days away, you would pay the 15 days it takes to reach the billing date, plus the full month in advance for your plan. The highest your first bill would possibly be would be one day short of 2 full months....keep in mind thats the WORST case scenario. But this is how it works with any carrier, not just Verizon.

And by the way, if the people you plan on texting all have blackberries you can use blackberry messenger instead. It's a feature you get on your phone for chatting between blackberry phones only. You won't have any text charges and you could drop down to the basic plan for $30 less.
