| The phone is "missing"
Verizon salespeople push the new 4G phones. These do not work worth a blank outside of a 4G area. They agreed to take back my new samsung stratosphere in exchange for a 3g Droid. The day after receiving the new phone I returned the samsung per instructions & Fed Ex confirmed delivery in Tx a few days later. Now they say they "can't find" the phone & I have a charge of over $400 on my bill. Since this seems to be SOP for Verizon, I will pay with a credit card & immediately put the charge in dispute. if our so called justice department was doing it's job, there would & should be a possible criminal investigation into this practice. | |
