Verizon claims I didn't return my defective storm

Glad it worked out for you. They never found mine and I ended up paying over 450 dollars for a phone that I returned to them.

i had the same thing happen to me, it was like a month or 2 and my credit card didnt get credited. i called and they had to file a request for the device or whatever, come to find out the warehouse never processed it as return was sure enough was sitting in there

Verizon salespeople push the new 4G phones. These do not work worth a blank outside of a 4G area. They agreed to take back my new samsung stratosphere in exchange for a 3g Droid. The day after receiving the new phone I returned the samsung per instructions & Fed Ex confirmed delivery in Tx a few days later. Now they say they "can't find" the phone & I have a charge of over $400 on my bill. Since this seems to be SOP for Verizon, I will pay with a credit card & immediately put the charge in dispute. if our so called justice department was doing it's job, there would & should be a possible criminal investigation into this practice.
