    Default Sprint Curve on Verizon

With Verizon's "open" policy, will it be possible to buy a Sprint Curve (8330) and use it on Verizon and have the GPS functional? Is this a stupid question?
    Thanks.

That "open" Policy has not been put in effect yet. Just FYI. As a verizon rep I just want you to know that. But I do have a rebate form that has the curve on it. See here HTH

"Open Policy" means that you'll be able to take another Carrier CDMA phone to Verizon.

That's is, for a new Curve, while still in contract? I was think VZW was going to jack it up to at least $550.

I'm sure it will be more than 250-300 without a new contract.
