spotty coverage SF bay area?

Anyone else experiencing spotty on/off data today in Berkeley/Emeryville? It keeps going from 1 to 3 bars on and off. after lunch it was 0 bars.

Yes, then option #2.
It should help a bit, hopefully, unless they're working on local towers.
I have 4 bars with 3G and Blackberry data here in the South Bay.
