Happened to Me in Recent Weeks
About two or three weeks ago, I also had trouble getting an online payment to go through. Funny thing is, I have always paid them online/phone and never had any trouble before. If you call them and tell them what happened they will waive any fee for paying by phone. Or give you extra time to get to a store to do it in person.Converted to the Dark Side, and I Think I Like It!! #TeamiPhone4s
Thanks for the info. Are you saying that there is a fee for phone payment now? Maybe I will send a check by mail instead. I also have regularly paid online until now and have never had a problem. The Verizon app on my BB no longer will connect either. I shall call them and post the results. Thanks again.
