Receiving texts more than once
Not sure if its VZW or my Blackerry or what but lately when someone texts me I end up getting the previous message they sent me, followed by the new one and sometimes the previous message can be up to a day old.. anyone else having this problem? The times I have had this happen lately it has been from other VZW users that do not have a Blackberry.

Does this happen with every text or just some?

This is a common issue with VERIZON lately and whenever I call they can't figure it out. It is always a VERIZON to VERIZON text for me.

If either you or the other person is in a poor service area, this can happen. In fact, it happened when I was texting a friend earlier. She went to a horse auction and apparently the service there was not too great and all her messages would come in two to three times.

I've had the same thing happen a few times from my wife and a couple of others. This is on Sprint.
