Default new torch 9850 Verizon can't connect to bis
I just purchased a torch 9850 and Verizon is telling me that bis traffic is jammed and they can't get my internet service or emails working. I can't believe this I thought BB had this issue fixed?

It is fixed. Verizon was having network outage problems in general...
