phonearena is now saying April 30th for a VZW release date.

RIM BlackBerry Curve specs, features, and information (Phone Arena)

It's good to see some kind of actual date commitment. Don't know how much I trust it... but it is progress.

Hey LCAcor... um yeah... that's the press release from 3/31. It was talked about way back then... maybe not in this thread... but yeah. Sorry... we've pretty much known it was gonna be May now for the longest time.

For anyone who wants to read a long thread about the pre-release of the VZW Curve... go here:

HowardForums: Your Mobile Phone Community & Resource - The Official Blackberry 8330 "Curve" Pre-Release Thread

That HoFo thread should answer anyone's questions. There's way more information on it and you'll likely find the answers you're looking for. If you have a question about the VZW Curve... your answer will be there. If it's not... then the answer is not known yet!

My First Post.

This wait is killing me. I never thought I had a need for blackberry device... 'cause c'mon really who needs the internet available at their fingertips or a great method to text? I felt this way until I held one in my hands. I fell in love.

I've been holding out for Verizon's Curve. First April now May; I can see it being pushed to mid-June for Father's Day. Verizon you are killing me! Just bring the darn phone out already. And those of us who are willing to do the 30 day switch a roo, can't because the date keeps changing. I don't wanna get the World Edition...but I am growing weary.

Please stop teasing me.

Signed
Give me my crackberry!!!!
