How To Unlock TXT'ing

Dose any one know how you can unlock a 8703e (Im waiting on the 8330, which my VZW salesman said they had seen last week) so that you can have more than 160 fonts for txt'ing?

The 8830 only have 160 characters for txting also.

Its a carrier thing. It's not dependent on the phone - so you'll most likely be out of luck and stuck with the 160 no matter what device you use.

My brother's Verizon phone gets 1000.

I got a text this weekend form a friend who has Verizon and the message was over 600 characters.

Flip phones can do more than 160 chars, basically they'll do a new page when more chars are added. Plus it counts as another text depending on the pages. 6 pages = 6texts.
