    Default Exchange for a pre-order?

    Within the 14 day exchange window, can a new (upgrade) phone be exchanged for a pre-order of a Z10?

    Or can an exchange only be for a phone physically available at the store?

    You would have to return the original device then process the pre-order

    No. The upgrade it still there. Everything gets rolled back if you do a straight return
